Chi Running/Chi Walking

ChiRunning and ChiWalking Instruction
I came upon Chi running in 2003 when I attended a clinic in
ChiWalking and running private sessions are $50 per hour. The first session is a minimum of 1.5 hours and there is a 3 session minmum if you are new to Chi Running( never taken a previous clinic) because it is impossible to learn the technique in less then that amount of time.
Check out the schedule of up coming clinics on the home page - instructor to student ratio is 1:10 or less and cost is $150. A minimum of 5 is needed for clinic to be held.
Have group of 4-10 that wants to organize a clinic? Please contact me for more information - I would love to come out and accommodate your running or walking group. Special rate for the person that organizes the group.
Please contact Kari about setting up a session via email at kari@k2fitnesspros.com or calling her at 336.516.2245
Check out the ChiRunning website and sign up for the monthly newsletter at ChiRunning.com
You can also purchase the ChiRunning, ChiWalking book along with other related products through me or at the Chi Running website. It would be great if you mention my name when you do!
Chi Walking/Chi Running Testimonies
My wife (Wendy) and I were in your ChiRunning class at Inside-Out sports a year ago. I wanted to give you an update on the impact ChiRunning has had.
I am thrilled to see that you are registered again for the MB Half! My son and I will be running the half as well... this year we're running barefoot (well with Vibram Five Fingers).
Thanks again for your class! If you remember, I started with heavy motion control shoes + custom arch supports + ChoPat knee support + cortisone shots in my knee. Now I wear only minimalist footwear (VFF) or nothing on my feet at all! I haven't had to see my PT or doctor since starting ChiRunning.
Best of all... all leg & knee pain is completely gone. I am thrilled with the changes (and feel like I was bamboozled by medical/shoe industry for 40 years). I am thrilled with the freedom.
I could not have made the transition without your help. Hopefully we'll see you in Myrtle Beach. Good luck,
Ben
